This is to notify to the public that some unscrupulous persons posing themselves as employees/ representatives/ agents of Kia India Pvt. Ltd. (‘KIN’) with ulterior
motive to obtain wrongful gain and/or cheat the prospective applicants of KIN dealership pan India are fraudulently offering allotment of dealership through phone calls or fake emails/ letters, and are asking them to deposit some amount with them. These people are also unauthorisedly using the name, trademark, similar domain name (kiaindia.in.net) and logo of KIN with a view to tarnish the image and reputation of KIN.
We wish to caution the public at large that KIN have neither appointed nor authorised any person or agency or employee to offer dealership telephonically or online or to issue any e-mails or letters on KIN’s behalf or use the name, logo and websites of KIN.
It may be noted that KIN follows a stringent and confidential process supervised by the top management of KIN while awarding dealership and does not outsource the selection to any individual or agencies. The public in general are also advised not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities and KIN bears no responsibility for any civil/ criminal liability whatsoever due to the acts of such unscrupulous persons.
We urge the public not to be misled by such communications purportedly made by such persons through phone calls and e-mails unauthorisedly using name of KIN.
