A service contract program offers complete peace of mind. It is the most reasonable, affordable, and convenient way to ensure that the car gets the service it deserves. By purchasing a service contract, customers can save themself from future price increase. Depending on the service contract program, it may cover a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that the vehicle receives the necessary care to maintain its performance and reliability. We offer six types of prepaid service contracts to our valued customers. Customers can buy anyone as per their requirements.

Aljabr offers 5 types of service contracts to its valued customers.

• 20,000 km (1 year or 20,000 km)
• 40,000 km (2 years or 40,000 km)
• 60,000 km (3 years or 60,000 km)
• 80,000 km (4 years or 80,000 km)
• 100,000 km (5 years or 100,000 km)
  • * The contract will expire based on the package purchased date or kilometer, whichever comes first.

FAQ

  • If the breakdown is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, then it will be repaired at no cost to the customer. However, if the breakdown is due to improper maintenance, misuse, or an accident, then the customer will be responsible for the repair costs.
  • No, there are no refunds for missed maintenance. The customer will only be able to schedule the next due service.
  • Customers who purchase a vehicle service contract will receive a 15% discount on labor and parts for any additional cash repair (mechanical or body repair). If the customer has other special discount memberships, then they will receive the highest discount.
  • No, the service contract cannot be transferred to another vehicle. It is also non-refundable if the customer does not want to continue the contract or if the vehicle is a total loss.
  • The service contract will continue with the vehicle and the new owner. The contract is linked to the vehicle's chassis number, not the customer.
  • Service is only available at Aljabr Service Centers. It is not available at sub-dealers.
  • Yes, free roadside assistance is included within 50 km of the nearest Kia Service Center. Call 966-920017517 for assistance.
