For the parking brake warning light, note the following:
If you drive with the parking brake applied, the parking brake warning light flashes and a chime sounds. Release the parking brake.
If the brake fluid level is low, the light illuminates. Check the brake fluid reservoir and top it up if necessary. If the light does not turn off, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
Warning: If the brake fluid level is low, drive carefully to the nearest safe location and stop your vehicle.
The EPS assists driver’s steering effort.
If the EPS warning light stays on, it indicates there could be a malfunction with the EPS.
In this case, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The charging system warning light stays on to indicate either that:
The battery is exhausted
The fan belt is broken
The alternator or electrical charging system is malfunctioning
If the charging system warning light stays on, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
If the engine oil level is low, the engine oil pressure warning light stays on.
Drive carefully to nearest safe location and and stop your vehicle.
Check the engine oil level and add the engine oil if necessary.
If the warning light remains on after adding oil or if oil is not available, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer as soon as possible.
The fuel filter warning light stays on to indicate when water has accumulated inside the fuel filter.
If the fuel filter warning light stays on, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
Warning: If you keep driving with the warning indicator on, engine parts may be damaged.
This warning light illuminates:
When a door is not closed securely.
This indicator illuminates:
When charging the high voltage battery.
The ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) allows the driver to maintain the control over the vehicle by preventing the vehicle from slipping when the brakes are applied.

The vehicle powertrain or the engine or the emission control system is malfunctioning

For the low tyre pressure warning light, note the following:
If the tyre pressure is low, the low tyre pressure warning light stays on. Check the tyre pressure and inflate the tyre if necessary.
If the tyre pressure monitoring system is malfunctioning, the light will not illuminate or flash for 1 minute and stay on. Have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The electronic parking brake warning light stays on to indicate that:
The electronic parking brake is malfunctioning
The electronic stability control is malfunctioning

The forward safety warning light stays on to indicate that:
The front view camera is malfunctioning
The front radar is malfunctioning
If the forward safety warning light stays on, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The master warning light informs the driver the following situations:
LED headlamp malfunction (if equipped)
Lamp malfunction
High beam assist malfunction (if equipped)
To identify the details of the warning, look at the LCD display.
The ESC (Electronic Stability Control) assists driver’s steering by preventing skidding on the slippery or curved road.

The Auto Stop improves fuel efficiency and reduces exhaust emissions by pausing the engine after the vehicle is stationary.
If the Auto Stop indicator light illuminates green, it is normal.

For the hazard warning/turn signal indicator light, note the following:
If all the light flash when you press the hazard warning flasher, it is normal.
If the light flashes faster than normal condition, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The HBA (High Beam Assist) switch the headlights to low beam or high beam automatically by detecting oncoming or preceding vehicles.

The AWD lock mode is to increase the drive power when driving on wet pavement, snow covered roads and/or off-road.
This indicator illuminates:
When the vehicle is ready to be driven.
ON: Normal driving is possible.
OFF: Normal driving is not possible, or a problem has occurred.
Blinking: Emergency driving
The high beam indicator light illuminates when:
The headlights are on and in the high beam position
The lighting control lever is pulled into the flash-to-pass position
The AUTO HOLD keeps the vehicle stopped even if your foot is removed from the brake pedal after the vehicle stops.
If the AUTO HOLD indicator light illuminates white or green, it is normal.
If the AUTO HOLD indicator illuminates yellow, have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution) improves braking performance by distributing the brake force to the front and rear wheels.
Warning: When the EBD warning lights are on, the brake system will not work normally and you may experience unexpected and dangerous situation during sudden braking.

This indicator light illuminates:
When you turn the lane keeping assistant system on by pressing the LKA button.
White: Sensor does not detect the lane marker or vehicle speed is less than 40 mph.
Green: Sensor detects the lane marker and system is able to control the steering.
Yellow: If there is a problem with the system, the yellow LKA indicator will illuminate.
This indicator light illuminates:
White: The steering assist mode is deactivated
Green: The steering assist mode is activated
This warning light illuminates:
The regenerative brake does not operate and the brake does not perform well.
This causes the brake warning lamp (red) and regenerative brake warning lamp (yellow) to turn ON simultaneously.
In this case, drive safely and have your vehicle inspected by an Authorised Kia Dealer.
The operation of the brake pedal may be more difficult than normal and the braking distance can increase.
