FAQ

  • You may take your Kia to any Authorised Kia Dealer for warranty and service. For a full listing of Authorised Kia Dealers, visit our Find a Dealer on our website or call Kia Customer Service on +603-7627 3222.

  • If a component covered by the Kia New Vehicle Warranty fails as a result of poor workmanship or materials, rendering the vehicle immobile, the cost of towing to the nearest Authorised Kia Dealer is generally covered under warranty and subject to Warranty Terms & Condition. It is recommended that you contact your nearest Authorised Kia Dealer or call Kia Customer Service on +603-7627 3222 for guidance regarding warranty coverage prior to arranging towing. Additionally, if the towing is facilitated through a prepaid Roadside Assistance Service chosen by the customer, Kia will not compensate the towing cost. 

    For vehicles eligible for Bermaz 24h Roadside Assistance please call 1800-22-2233 (EV) or 1800-22-3399 (ICE) for assistance.

  • Tyres are warranted by the tyre’s original manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s Warranty Terms & Conditions.
  • Original equipment battery warranty coverage is valid for 12 months/Unlimited Mileage, whichever comes first, from the date of vehicle’s first registration subject to the exclusions in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.
  • The cost of parts and labour in carrying out repairs covered by the Kia New Vehicle Warranty and conducted at an Authorised Kia Dealer are covered under the Kia New Vehicle Warranty.
