What type of annual registration is needed for the Kia Carnival ?

The Kia Carnival (KA4) sold in Thailand is a 7-seater and 11-seater family car.

The registration plate for a private car with a seating capacity greater than 7 has a reflective white background and blue characters. 

1. Items required for registration:

1.1 Car registration or its substitute if the car is still under financing

1.2 Car insurance policy

1.3 If the car is more than 4 years old, a vehicle inspection certificate issued by the Provincial Transport Office, or by a private vehicle inspection site that has been licensed by the Department of Land Transport

*Note: The number of years is counted from the date of first registration to the end of the tax year or the day of paying annual tax. 

2. Tax can be paid at:

2.1 Any transport Office, regardless of the place of car registration

2.2 Any post office

2.3 Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperative

2.4 Any department store with Shop Thru For Tax campaign

2.5 Drive Thru for Tax

2.6 Any Counter Service in the country
