Kia’s 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty offers industry-leading coverage to protect your vehicle’s essential components. The Powertrain Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and purchaser of a Certified Pre-Owned Kia, and begins upon the expiration of the 5-year/60,000-mile Basic Limited Warranty, covering your Kia up to 10 years or 100,000 miles from the date of first service, whichever comes first. It applies to essential components of the engine, transmission, axles, differentials, and propeller shafts, including internal parts, seals, gaskets, and key assemblies.*

Kia’s 5-year/60,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers most vehicle components and systems for 60 months/60,000 miles from the Date of First Service, whichever comes first. It applies to factory defects and covers most repairs and replacements due to workmanship or material defects.*

Kia’s 5-year/100,000-mile Limited Anti-Perforation Warranty protects against rust and corrosion and covers perforation from the inside out due to factory defects.*

Travel confidently knowing you’re covered by Kia’s 5-year/60,000-mile Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance is provided on all new 2025 model Kia Vehicles from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer for a period of 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, and includes the following*:

• Towing to the nearest authorized Kia dealer or an alternative service location in the event of a warranty-related disablement

• Out of gas assistance

• Flat tire assistance

• Jump start assistance

• Lock-out assistance

If a warranty-related disablement happens more than 150 miles from your home, and the repairs require more than 24 hours to complete, Kia’s Trip Interruption Policy will provide reasonable reimbursement for meals, lodging, or rental car expenses. Reimbursement is applied per incident and is limited to $100 per day for up to three days.*

Kia’s EV System Warranty safeguards key components of your electric drivetrain, including the electric motor, high voltage battery, electric power control unit (EPCU), and on-board charger (OBC), for 10 years or 100,000 miles from the date of first service, whichever comes first.*

Kia’s Battery Coverage ensures your vehicle’s battery maintains its capacity and efficiency over time, covering capacity loss below 70% of the original capacity for 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Repairs or replacements restore the battery to at least 70% capacity.*
