With the capability included on all EV9 trims, vehicle to home is designed to deliver power from the EV9’s battery pack to your home when connected to your bi-directional charger. Not only can you feel more prepared in the event of a power outage, but you can potentially save on energy costs by using your EV9 to power the operation of various appliances during peak-rate hours.

Questions about Vehicle to Home?
Bi-directional charging refers to not only charging a vehicle, but being able to export power from the vehicle.
To enable this capability for the EV9, purchase of Quasar 2 and additional equipment is required.
Quasar 2 can be used to charge your EV9, but it can do more. Quasar 2 operates as an advanced energy management system for the home which can provide vehicle to home capabilities, even in the event of power outages.
Note: To operate in Vehicle to Home mode during a power outage, the Wallbox Power Recovery Unit accessory (sold separately) is also required.
