This year, the pandemic severely limited our options for recreation. But one thing we could still turn to was the road trip. So, as the year comes to an end, we’ve set out on the ultimate road trip, to put 2020 in the rearview once and for all.
Equipped with the all-new Sorento, we embarked on a coast-to-coast journey to deliver the iconic 2021 numerals that will light up Times Square and ring in the new year. An event that will be even more meaningful this year.
Our partners at National Geographic will document the journey, creating online content as the Sorento and numerals visit picturesque locations across the U.S.
Then, on New Year’s Eve, we have a special event for those who deserve it the most: Frontline workers and their families, transported to Times Square in the new Sorento. With the area closed to the public, they’ll have exclusive access to see the ball drop and 2021 numerals light up. After all they've been through, they deserve for 2020 to be over. We all do.
