Auto Emergency Braking Technologies

Standard Auto Emergency Braking w/ Pedestrian, Cyclist, & Junction Turning Detection technology uses a front radar and camera to scan the road ahead for potential obstacles while available Junction Crossing Detection technology scans for vehicles in front that may be approaching from the left or right sides when turning through an intersection. Both are designed to alert the driver or, in certain circumstances, can automatically apply the brakes to help prevent a collision.1

Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist

If you try to change lanes while an object is detected in your blind spot, standard Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist can, in certain circumstances, help avoid a collision by actively moving your vehicle away from the adjacent vehicle.2

Parking Sensors

Standard front and rear parking sensors and available side parking sensors use integrated ultrasonic sensors to help detect obstacles in front of, behind, and to the side of your vehicle. If a hazard is detected, the system can provide an auditory warning.3

Highway Driving Assist 2

Available Highway Driving Assist 2 can help to maintain a specified speed and distance from the vehicle detected ahead of you using a forward-facing camera, radar sensors, and navigation data. It can also assist with steering wheel control when changing lanes (activated by the turn signal) with a one-touch button setting for speed.5
