Kia e-Care is a bespoke service plan designed to keep your EV9, EV6 and Niro EV in top condition.

We’re Best Placed To Service Your Kia
To keep your Kia in top condition, we recommend that it be serviced regularly and on time (i.e. every 12 months). We always align your next car service with the anniversary of the first date of registration (and not 12 months from the date that a delayed service was completed). By doing this, we can replace key components and fluids on a timely basis while also identifying and repairing issues before they become too problematic. This also ensures that the manufacturer’s warranty is not affected by servicing requirements.
We built your Kia, so we’re best placed to keep it running to the highest standard. Our trained technicians will carry out the necessary service and maintenance on your car using only Kia Genuine parts. This could boost the resale value of your car by having a full Kia service history.

WARNING LIGHTS WARNING LIGHTS
Kia dashboard warning lights are a combination of universally-recognised symbols and symbols unique to Kia. Audible sounds may also be used on occasion. The colour of the light typically signifies the importance or severity of the issue.
- Green and blue lights tell you that a system is active, such as full-beam headlights (blue) or that cruise control is active (green).
- Attention should be paid to orange / amber - and in particular red - symbols. An amber symbol will signify that something requires attention soon, such as a non-urgent issue on the vehicle or an engine service.
- Red is used for something more urgent, such as low oil levels or engine temperatures running hot. Flashing lights accompanied by an audible sound signify immediate attention because of potential harm to the car, you and/or passengers.
This PDF details Kia dashboard warning lights and symbols with pictures, explanations, plus the appropriate action to take.
TYRES TYRES
Tyre Labelling
New EU tyre label legislation came into effect on the 1st of November 2012 to help customers make an informed decision when buying tyres. The new tyre label contains information such as Fuel efficiency, Wet grip and External rolling noise.

Winter Tyres
During winter, 48% of all car accidents in the UK are as a result of skidding. Winter tyres are designed and developed to outperform regular tyres in cold weather conditions. When the temperature drops below 7°C, braking distances on winter tyres in wet conditions are 10% less than summer tyres and braking distances on icy conditions are reduced by as much as 20%. Thanks to the specific winter tyre tread pattern design, the adhesion on dangerous wet, snowy and icy surfaces is maximised, improving grip and handling.
HEALTH CHECKS HEALTH CHECKS
A complimentary health check will ensure your Kia's in tip top condition. Our expert Kia technicians will carry out a multi-point visual check on your Kia, to make sure all the main components of your Kia are in top condition. These components of your Kia are essential to vehicle safety, so contact your local dealer to find out more.
