is now available in three different powertrains: diesel, hybrid and plug-in hybrid.
Our traditional diesel model comes with a 2.2 litre engine and all-wheel drive, for a dynamic and engaging driving experience. Both our hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains use a 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor and battery.
The large hybrid SUV has a self-charging battery, making it ideal for drivers who want to experience lower-emission driving without the hassle of plug-in charging. The Sorento PHEV also has a larger battery, letting you enjoy electric-only driving for short trips without using a drop of petrol.
